This service enable the CHMSC-FT Library users to borrow a book for pick-up.
Process
1.Library user will fill out the Google Form for Borrow a Book with this link:
https://forms.gle/9fMWm8wJuarrAJVt8
2. Library Personnel will notify the library users upon receipt of the request form.
3. Library Personnel will then check the availability of the requested materials to be borrowed.
4. Requestor will be informed within the day by the library personnel when the requested material/s are ready for pick up and its due date.
