This service enable the CHMSC-FT Library users to return the books they borrowed without violating health protocols to prevent transmission of COVID-19 infection.
Process
1.Library user will drop the book on the box provided located outside the library.
2. Library user will fill out the Google Form for Book Return with this link:
https://forms.gle/LgXWvy23BzGTXCL78 or library user may message us through messenger https://www.facebook.com/ChmscFTLibrary.
3. The library personnel will notify the library user once accountabilities are cleared through email or messenger.
